By placing an order, you confirm that:

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

3. Products & Pricing

  • All products are subject to availability.

  • Prices are listed in GBP (£).

  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

  • We make every effort to display product colours accurately; however, we cannot guarantee screen accuracy.

4. Orders & Contract Formation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
A legally binding contract is formed only when your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Payment issues

  • Pricing errors

  • Suspected fraud

5. Shipping & Delivery

We are based in Tavistock, England, and ship worldwide.

  • Delivery times are estimates only.

  • We are not responsible for customs charges, import duties, or delays caused by postal services.

  • Risk passes to you upon delivery.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes applicable in their country.

6. Returns & Cancellation

UK & EU Customers (Legal Right to Cancel)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

You must notify us of your intention to return within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With all tags attached

Returned goods must be sent back within 14 days of notifying us.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.

Additional Return Policy (Brand Policy)

We request that customers contact us within 7 days of delivery regarding any issues with their order (including damages or incorrect items) so we can resolve the matter quickly.

Returns that do not meet our conditions may be refused.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

7. Faulty Goods

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including branding, designs, graphics, product images, and text — is the property of Rebel Hearts and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Delays outside our reasonable control

Our total liability shall not exceed the price paid for the goods purchased.
